Day of the move

The Day of the move has come. If you have been reading my other blogs, you will be as ready as possible. If not, its never to early go go back and read them. Holt Removals will be there. Day of the move tips.

• Disconnect any remaining appliances.
• Have one last final check.
• Close and lock doors and windows.
• Pack your personal luggage last.
• Carry jewellery and valuable documents yourself
• Check all the cupboards before you leave.
• Take five minutes to stroll around for one final check.
• Remove the electric garage door opener from the car before you drive off.

Notice how final check is on that list twice, you dont want to forget anything. Check under your house, in your shed, EVERYWHERE.
